Chickens are processed here at the farm under PA Exempt PL-90-492 and inspected by PA Department of Agriculture
Beef hang weight: 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef $3.70/lb (All retail beef that is sold in the farm market is U.S.D.A, slaughtered, cut and wrapped under PA Department of Agriculture)

We are a family runned operation, my wife (Marlene) and I (Hubie). My wife does all the packaging and I do all the cutting of the meat. We have been married for 40 years and have done farming and other jobs to support the farm. We are now trying to make the farm support itself. All our meat is farm raised, antibiotic and hormone free.
We are a 3rd generation farm. We started out as a dairy farm, changed to bison, sold out of bison in 2006 and then bought angus beef to put on the farm. It was a cow, cafe operation for a few years, then we started selling hanging beef. (1/4, 1/2, and whole) We went into retail sales March 2021 with beef, pork and chicken.
